Established in 2006, MISYN is well known among multinational entities, for implementing complex workflow process driven solutions, specializing in the FINTEC application workflow and solutions workspace for the financial services sector with emphasis on the Wealth Management, Insurance and Banking domains. With over 18 years of experience in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of solutions for both local and multinational clientele, the customer base of M I Synergy includes leading entities in Sri Lanka and Combodia.

The solutions portfolio of M I Synergy includes 25 Insurance sector modules, 11 Banking sector modules, 10 Wealth Management sector modules and 07 General Use modules including Single Sign On (SSO) based User and API Access Identity Management Solutions, Leads Management System (LMS), Customer e-Doc Portal,SMS and Social Media based Communicators, Secure OTP Multi-Factor Authentication Solution, Internal Business Image and Document Repository and Remote Assessment System (On-MI-Site) solutions for non Banking and Finance clients.

    The company reorganizes all operations focusing on Java Technological Platforms and open source product platforms. The company launches no user based licensing policy on products and services developed on the above platforms.

    2007 NOVEMBER

    Sri Lanka’s largest state bank, Bank of Ceylon launches the Multilanguage, Multicurrency compatible Internet Banking Solution, signaling the launch of the banking industry solutions.
